Editorial design, concept and layout based on John Berger's "Why look at animals"

This project explores the relationship between humans and animals, as discussed in Berger's influential work: “Why Look at Animals?”. By combining thoughtful design elements with carefully curated additional content, the editorial concept aims to provide readers with a rich, immersive experience that deepens their understanding of the book's themes.

The principles of Separation, Alignment, and Cohesion in the boids algorithm also parallel how social groups form today: people often distance themselves from those who think differently (Separation), gather around shared beliefs (Alignment), and create tight-knit communities that can end up being quite isolated from the rest of society (Cohesion).
