Kinetic Typography lyric video of Kung fu Fighting

This was a really fun interdisciplinary animation project at the beginning of 2023. The goal was to create a lyric video that had actual good typography. Furthermore, the design and motion should solely work from the typography itself. No other design elements to help. Therefore, all the creative work had to happen in the curve editor of After Effects. If there is one thing I learned here it would be this: "Bezier Curve is French for make it look good".
